La maîtresse est inquiète, le photographe s'éponge le front, le Bouillon devient tout rouge, les mamans ont mauvaise mine, quant à l'inspecteur, il est reparti aussi vite qu'il était venu. Pourtant, Geoffroy, Agnan, Eudes, Rufus, Clotaire, Maixent, Alceste, Joachim... et le petit Nicolas sont - presque - toujours sages... Un chef d'oeuvre d'humour à ne pas lire si vous n'aimez pas rire !

The First in a Hilarious Series

The Petit Nicolas series gives us an amusing a glimpse of what life was like for young French schoolboy in the 1950s. While written with youngsters in mind, adults will laugh out loud at Nicolas's antics and especially at the adult interactions that go over the head of young Nicolas. The entire Nicolas series is a delightful way to build one's French vocabulary.
