Bernard Giraudeau does a magnificent job of reading this classic work by one of the great French writers. He paces his words and modulates them for maximum dramatic effect. His diction is perfect and understandable to an intermediate French learner.
The mystifying, surrealistic music provided at the beginning of most chapters adds even more to the dramatic effect. One truly feels the narrator's frustration with his situation and how the tenderness of The Little Prince changes it all.
